There are some criteria on the basis of which these countries are being divided into various tier of countries. Let us know first what are the meaning of Tier 1, Tier 2 & Tier 3.What is Tier 1?There are the countries whose governments have fully complied with the Trafficking Victims Protection Act’s (TVPA) minimum standards.What is Tier 2?Those countries whose governments do not fully comply with the TVPA’s minimum standards, but are making significant efforts to bring themselves into compliance with those standards.- The absolute number of victims of severe forms of trafficking is very significant or is significantly increasing;

There is a failure to provide evidence of increasing efforts to combat severe forms of trafficking in persons from the previous year; or
-
The determination that a country is making significant efforts to bring itself into compliance with minimum standards was based on commitments by the country
to take additional future steps over the next year.
What is Tier 3?Rest of the countries whose governments do not fully comply with the minimum standards and are not making significant efforts to do so.

Information on Wintego System customer demographics:
Customer Age:
Buyers range from 27-65 years old, with an average age of 29.
Roughly 75% of all customers are in the age 27-50 range.
Customer Gender:
Wintego software is for both genders.
Customer Location:
Roughly 78% of buyers are from the USA
Another 21% are from Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand.
We also recommend targeting: All European Countries, Ireland, Singapore, Hong Kong, The Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Iceland, Germany, Switzerland, Greece, Malta, Israel, United Arab Emirates, and Qatar.
Australia and Canada have the highest overall conversion rate, slightly ahead of the USA and UK.
TIP: We recommend you EXCLUDE all countries in Africa (except South Africa),
EXCLUDE all countries in South Asia (India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka) and EXCLUDE all countries in Southeast Asia (Philippines, Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar). Traffic from those regions has low conversion rates.
Customer Device:
Mobile and desktop traffic convert roughly the same, while tablet traffic (approx 5% of total visitors) has slightly lower conversion rates.
We do not suggest targeting by device because our sales funnel is optimized for all devices.
